1. Go to https://wehearyou2.com/clientarea/client/login and login by using your support Username and Password.
2. Click the Manage button.
3. Click Cancel Options button.
4. Select Immediately.
5. Cancellation Reason: Enter your cancellation reason. e.g. I want to buy owned license.
6. Log In Password to Confirm Changes: Enter your WHY2 system password to confirm that you want to cancel this service.
7. Click Save button to cancel the service.
8. You will see this page if you have successfully cancelled the service.
9. Go to our store here and buy the extension there.
