You need to create two accounts: one in our store to place an order and have access to your extension download; and also a WHY2 account for billing and payment of your orders, services management, and support help. 2. We have provide some additional fields in our Account Registration field that you need to fill. They will be used to create the WHY2 account. So both Store and WHY2 accounts are created in one place. Please refer here for more information about the fields. |
2. Click on the extension that you want to buy or rent.
| Notes For Number 3-4: You can only choose ONE – Buy or Rent for each extension you order. You can have one extension as a buy and another as a rent. |
3. Buy (annual support/update fee required): Select this if you want to buy the extension. It includes the first year of support/update. Continuing support/update requires annual fee. You will be billed annually via our WHY2 system.
4. Rent (support/update fee included): Select this if you want to rent the extension. The rent fee includes the support/update.
5. The URL where you will install: Enter the URL where you will install this extension in.
6. AbanteCart version of the above URL: Select the cart version that you install in field number 5 above.
7. The Total Price will be calculated based on the buy or rent selection.
8. The available payment option is Billing by WeHearYou2. You will be able to select PayPal or Credit Cart
9. These are the list of the emails along with the sequence that you will get after you place the order. You will get a copy of the same info in your order confirmation email.
